By Road:
Bemetara city is well connected by road to Raipur, Jabalpur, Bilaspur, Durg and Kawardha. The National Highway NH30 passes through the town of Bemetara which connects the state capital Raipur with Jabalpur. State Highway SH7 connects Bemetra with Durg and Mungeli. There is local transport hand rickshaw and auto rickshaw in Bemetra. People travel by their own convenience, such as motorcycles, cars and bicycles.

There is no railway line in the district. The nearest railway station is Tilda (35 km) from here and the major station is Raipur (66 km).

Raipur (85 KM) is the nearest Airport connected with Delhi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Bhubneshwar, Chennai, Ranchi & Vishakapatnam.
